After several visits I can safely say this is my favourite restaurant in Sydney. The food is delicious and generous. The service is unpolished but very friendly and helpful. I get the feeling that this is a genuine vegetarian family business, trying to promote veggie food and taking pride in their work. The place seems very clean. The decor is a matter of taste: a bit on the sterile side, but tasteful. Prices are not dirt-cheap but very reasonable, with mains mostly $15, or $25 for a dish-for-two.
