- Love their Tacos!
I really enjoy dining at Mad Mex! Great portions and plenty of vegan options. My go-to meal is their tofu tacos. Their tofu is crispy and served in either soft or hard shell taco shells and comes with rice and black beans. They also offer vegan sour cream. If you're there during Happy Hour, they also offer great drink specials.
