- excellent health good shop
After three weeks in Italy with no sign of a health food shop of note it was great to see il BioLogico. Lots of great tofu and soya options in the fridge , very helpful staff , lunchtime cafe looked very good. They will be moving , but close by , in a few weeks. Only real veggie / vegan options in Spoleto. Highly recommended.
