This was our first meal in Osaka and we visited due to the excellent reviews on Happy Cow. The presentation of the food is excellent but the tastes were bland and underwhelming. The appetiser was by far the best part of the night, 4 chef chosen dishes which were all delicious and very well presented. We ordered the set menu for main which is very well sized with soy meat, salad, rice, miso and some avocado. The miso was tasteless, I did not finish it. We also ordered the veggie and 'anchovy' pizza which was smothered in a creamy yet tasteless sauce. It was impossible to cut with the pizza cutter provided. Although the staff are friendly enough and they decor has such a raw and rustic feel, this venue is the first in Japan to receive a 3 from us. Very underwhelming unfortunately.
