We stopped here after flying into Denver on our way up to ski...it was so good we stopped by again on our way out of town!!! My husband is an omni and he loved everything he had. The first trip I had the artichoke poboy with the soup of the day which was an amazing mushroom bisque and the daily quinoa salad and he had Juan wrap with greens and mashed potatoes. We were stuffed! We couldn't resist getting a shake to go...it was so delicious! Our server was really nice...we did have to wait just a bit for our table..a busy Sunday... wait IS worth it. the following Saturday we returned...slightly less wait..still worth the wait. We had the seitan wings and I had the Cuban sandwich and hubby had the grinder and we split some onion rings. We got a ho ho cupcake to go and as I sit in the Denver airport typing this review we are enjoying the chocolatey goodness!!! Watercourse will become a routine stop for us for sure
