Friendly personal, not so good in english but it's doesnt matter because there is a huge buffet and a english menuecard. Tea is for free and a meal with rice and different choices from fake meat and vegetables for 20000 Dong (=1US$). A la carte around 20.000 - 35.000 Dong. It's small and traditional and dipense on the price its perfect.
