- Amazing experience
I have been (and still am) volunteering for Ippoasi since September 2015. The sanctuary is a magical place, a safe haven for the 80 animals living there and for the volunteers working many hours to keep the project alive. I highly recommend the guides visits: the guided tours offer the possibility to get to know the animals living at the sanctuary, to know their stories and some of the animals also like to approached. The animals are always respected and are only caressed when they come to the visitors, not the other way around!
