- Truly committed to their vegan clients
I recently learned that the venue's dedication to its vegan options comes from the owner's grandmother, who eats only vegan food three days a week. They tend to select authentic Lebanese recipes that just happen to only have plant-based ingredients, such as tabouleh, mijadra, falafel, makdus, smid, fatush, halawe, and, obviously humus. They have also created vegan versions for kibbehs, including a gluten-free option. The kibbeh's fillings have excellent seasoning, as do any of their dishes. So even though it may look like a booming chain restaurant with ready-to-order dishes, they stick to the tradition and taste that matter. And if you don't feel like leaving home or work, you can just order their delivery service online or by telephone. In my opinion, it really doesn't get much better than that.
