We had lunch there and liked the 2 things we got and there were a number of unusual menu items to choose from. It's much-needed in that neighborhood, which has few options amongst a large mall and chain places like TGIF. Staff speaks English well enough to navigate, and was super-nice. Due to the lackluster neighborhood I don't think we would make a special trip there again, given only a week in Prague, but we liked it. If you're using the bus station to have a day trip, this place is a block away! We ALWAYS appreciate 100% vegan places! (They have beer and some hard liquor too--we spiked our fresh watermelon lemonade with rum.)
