Not only do the cooks carefully grill the pita with your toppings inside, they also take the time to roll it up evenly in non-stick paper, so that you can enjoy every part of your kebab with all the special flavors they offer. Try the pepper and BBQ sauces (you can order more than one without extra cost), and I sincerely recommend adding the babaganoush - it tastes like much more than the two extra reais you pay for it.
