Sgaia - pronounced 'sga-ee-ah' is a word in Venetian dialect to describe someone who is cheerful, animated and positive. This sums up the lovely Hilary & Alberto - the brains behind these incredible products. I have never really felt the need to eat meat-like things, simply because I love veggies & pulses so much, so when I first saw Sgaia back in Dec 2015 at The Flying Duck I wasn't desperate to try the products. However, after sampling some of the products they had to offer, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. So whether you're looking for bacon for a breakfast roll or steak for a romantic dinner, Sgaia has it all.
