• An imitation of food

I was very happy getting to know that a new vegan place opened in Murcia. However my enthusiasm was gone when I saw the menu. They serves plant-lamb with plant-chorizo, with plant-sausages, and so on. Almost everything they have is soy+oil+condiments, that is not enough for me. I would rather have some veggies, but OK, I understand. It is meant to be a rock bar for people that don't want to forget the meat taste. Maybe it is OK for others, but they dont convince me at all EDIT April 2018 So I came back to this place after almost 2 years as it changed location, the deco and so on. But unfortunately I was disappointed with the food. Everything seemed to be an already made meal (bought in store) with very few elaboration. A burger made with soy cutlet, a lettuce and a tomato slice with bun from supermarket? Nachos from the bag? And it was not especially cheap.. Not my cup of coffee, sorry.
