Vegan Coneys!! They have a rather large menu with nice selection of veg options, but I always get the vegan coneys because they are delicious! Definitely recommend if you are in the Eastern Market area, the only caveat is that the inside is tiny and you often end up sitting next to people you don't know at the same table.
