- Vegetarian Heaven?
I'm not sure why Almanar is listed as not 100% vegetarian, because there wasn't any meat on their menu last night and their menu declares that they're an "espacio veggie." Anyway, this is the best vegetarian food we've had in Spain so far. Beautiful presentations of wholesome, tasty food that's not characteristically Spanish, but oh so good. It was nice to see a veggie restaurant getting so much business, too. We will eat there again.
