  • Attentive staff, blend your own sauces and book of. veggie love menu

The menu is a book of veggie love with descriptions of the organic ingredients and hydroponic vegetables. Prices are a bit upscale and so is the quality of the food. There's also a more economic dim sum menu on each table. A table by the entry has a vast sampling of ingredients to blend your own sauce. If you go with 2 or more people you can order the large and popular hot soup pots which looked really delicious - served with a variety of fresh hydroponic, organic vegetables. I'd like to try the soup pot but am the lone vegan in a large heavy meat eating work group so I usually dine solo. The sliced tofu wrapped in beancurd sheet was a tasty generously portioned dish as was the broccoli with bamboo and mock chicken. Like most Buddhist restaurants, beer or wine is not available so I had the German Maltz which was a nice molasses tasting soft drink. Tea, juices and smoothies are also available.
