Astonishing selection of vegan food products in Carlisle indoor market*. Coolers very healthily stocked with many varieties of marinated tofu, cheeses and faux meats. Big range of dairy free milk items and vegan confectionery. Everything for the ethical and sustainable household. I just wish I had the room to take stuff back home on the train. *Just read that it has since moved out of the market to its own premises. Looking forward to checking out the latest products on my next visit to Carlisle.
