- Good start
Vegana burgers is a stand in a food court in the heart of Lisbon's financial district. It must be a vegan haven for people working in the areas but, in my opinion, not enough to go there just for the food. It's definitely a good start: inventive, colourful, healthy - but I must admit that the food experience in itself is nothing special. I have had burgers made with the veggies or beans in other places with a much richer and developed taste and texture. I think it's indeed a wonderful start but I hope they will become better in the future.
