Definitely go to Copenhagen Street Food and get pizza from Madenitaly. It is the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is just the right amount of chew to airiness. I dream of it. All vegetarian (at least they were on the day we went), with quite a few vegan options. We got the potato truffle and a bread crumb covered squash pizza with tomato and a homemade vegan ricotta. The squash pizza really stood out, crunchy texture, creamy cheeze, bright tomatoes. The potato was pretty good but definitely opt for pizza covered in some kind of "ricotta". The ladies working are friendly, just ask them which ones are vegan if you can't tell from the labeling. They'll also share that the best crust in the world takes 48 hours to make. So good.
