  • Elegant and vegan friendly Japanese fusion restaurant

Trendy fine dining Asian-Tapas fusion restaurant located in a basement, a bit tricky to find but once you're in its very cosy and the food something out of the ordinary! You choose from several small dishes, 5 of them were, or could be made vegan. Our server, himself a vegan, skillfully guided us as to different ingredients and choices. We ordered all of them: Silken tofu with garden cress and vegan ponzu Tartar with salt baked beet (comes with delicious rice crisps, similar to prawn crackers but vegan) Eggplant in dashi and mirin Tsukemono, pickled vegetables Mushroom vegetable stock with shiitake and oyster mushroom, grilled asparagus, zucchini and carrots All dishes were small but quite delicious, perhaps a bit on the sweet and salty side. Overall, this is a place you don't want to miss if you like Asian food and new flavours!
