Lido is clearly the place to go if you are in Murnau and in a beach mood. It's beautifully located, with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. As to the food, the menu could be more clearly labelled as vegan/not vegan, but generally speaking, it has the standard options for a place that has heard of vegans, and tries to accommodate them, but does not specifically target vegans. This means: burgers, fries, salads, fried vegetables. We had fries, salad and fried veg. I recommend the fried veg - you won't need anything else to accompany it, and it was really good. Nothing much to complain about with the fries, of course. The staff, including the owner, are very friendly. Go for the view, and take the available food as a nice-to-have.
