Whether you are shopping, dining in or taking out from the salad bar/hot bar, Mother's has plenty of vegan options to keep you satisfied. When I was in culinary school, I had to purchase a lot of unusual ingredients - like Irish Moss and various sea vegetables - no matter how unique the items on my shopping list were, Mother's always had them. It started to become a sport for me to see if I could come up with an ingredient they didn't have, but they always came through. The hot bar is excellent and they always have four soup choices including vegan chili and minestrone. I shop here several times a week.
