I´ve been to this place twice, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I appreciate the fact that they seem to take more risks than the usual traditional Basque restaurant, as they dare make use of seaweed, tempeh, miso, millet... not exactly the usual fare in Bilbao. In addition, staff are polite and helpful, and the majority of the food appears to be organic.. which makes the couple extra euros you will be paying compared to other restaurants totally worth it. The only minus I could think of is that you may not get full enough, but I pointed this out once and I got some extra food!
