This is a regular haunt of mine since it's on my walk into town. There are sandwiches, yummy wraps, salads, smoothies, baked items etc to eat in or takeaway, as well as an interesting selection of groceries to buy. They have fresh fruit/veg and milk as well as jams, pasta, sauces, crackers. The best thing about it all though is the owner who is super friendly! I love this place! :)
