- Finally, a food truck in Peoria with good vegan options!
I love the vegan burritos! Rice, black beans, veggies, avocado and a little bit of magic make them absolutely delish. Since the food truck shows up at various events in the area, it's nice to know I'll have something good to eat. They seem to be downtown Peoria for lunch most Fridays (but check Facebook).
