Cherry picking the best products for us (having their own production of natto, supporting the local vegetable producers and cooperate with top japan providers). With 30+ years of experiences, very deep knowledge of healthy products/providers. They know what they are doing. Simply one of the best healthy aimed shop & restaurant in Amsterdam/Nederlands/World, for me. Good luck/stay sharp ;-)
