Vapiano can seat up to 250 people; for this reason this establishment prioritises preparing the food extremely quickly and has no service staff on the floor. It has adopted a food hall style where each course is ordered at a separate counter and diners wait while it is prepared. The food itself is quite tasty. We had bruschetta and a couple of pastas; Aglio e Olio and Ratatouille (Vegan options) and quite enjoyed all of them. Customer service is a little on the sterile side; you may find yourself a little confused on the first visit as to how you order and where to pay etc. Overall, quite good value as the serves are large and tasty. There are a number of Vegan options to explore on further visits.
