This second-hand bookstore, hidden in a lovely small street in Bruges has some great Vegan options. They told me that they will have a new menu next week with even more vegan breakfast and lunch. They didn't know that they are on Happy Cow and were pleasantly surprised. Don't forget to look at all the books they have and you can buy.
