I LOVE LITTLE TEL-AVIV! :) Cafe-owner/host Teddy, is *the* most hospitable restauranteur ever - VERY vegan-respectful and with SUPER-FRESH food; produce and presentation has never failed. Teddy is from Israel and is a true perfectionist where authenticity and freshness ar concerned. Little Tel is totally kosher and so one need never fear mixing of meat with vegan food prep. (They also cater!) Teddy is a passionate soccer fan, like me; serendipitously and fortunately he & I support the same teams!! :D Little Tel has the absolute BEST falafel in the entire metro area, bar none. The falafel sandwich with fries recently won a prize and plaque for being the best under-$10 lunch/meal deal in the Twin Cities - delish! The deli-salad sampler is also a tremendous deal with vegan options e.g. super-delish hummus, baba ghanoush, homemade Israeli hot/pepper sauce, and outstanding tabouleh. YOU MUST GO TO LITTLE TEL - tell Teddy that Alice sent you! :)
