- Great location, great music and nice beers
Stereo has been on the go for a few years now. It's part of the related veggie bars around Glasgow and carries a reasonably varied menu. It's a more downmarket venue and is reasonably priced. Has some deals such as 5 taps for a tenner on mondays. A good selection of beers (stocks Williams bottled beers too) and a nice vibe. Attracts a more leftfield crowd and is very handily placed bang in the city centre 100 yards from Central Station in renfield lane. (there's alaos the old hairdressers pub facing stereo, worth a visit). There's a gig and club situated downstairs with something on most nights of the week. The main downside is that the seating is of the hard uncomfortable type!!
