  • Just what I was looking for in Vegan travel in Italy!

We arrived unannounced (rude I know) and Elisabeth managed to serve us a three course meal with no fuss! We had a salad with a tahini based dressing, asparagus soup, and artichoke heart spaghetti -mainly from her garden! And this was all in a country house kitchen, with fireplace, farm animals such as cat (with kittens), a dog, and donkeys! We really enjoyed this glimpse of Italian country life and vegan to boot! What more could we ask!?
