- Awesome Cafe with Vegan Options
One of the coolest cafes in the Bethlehem area and a short walk or taxi ride from manger square, Singer Cafe has an eclectic mix of Palestinians and Internationals, great style and good menu. The (mostly vegetarian) menu has some labelled vegan options as well as plenty of dishes that happen to be vegan or are easy to make vegan. They serve soy milk and have good coffee and juices. The local beers are also great! Can be a little tricky to find - it's located just down the road from Ararat Hotel in Beit Sahour off the street opposite the Latin Church. Definitely worth a visit!
