Fully vegetarian bistro. Also offers vegan options and little salad bar (read shredded beetroot or carrot, cucumber cut into pieces, not salads per se) If it wasn´t the only one in town, I wouldn´t probably go but as there are very little options I tried. Twice actually. Midly disappointed both times. The food is very typically Czech (a little pro for foreigners), just vegenised - dumplings, stuffed bell peppers, sauerkraut, soups... otherwise a little blend, lacking of herbs or nice condiments but over-using alternative meat products. Overall I´m happy its there but it is NOT a gurmet type of experience. If you´re hungry and do not expect anything else than having veggie food in your belly, go for it. Otherwise just hop on a train and go to Olomouc to find yourself a better option.
