I loved this place. It took a little while to find, it's in the street that's opposite an underpass that goes under the railway line. Price is very reasonable. I got a vegetable curry, side salad, slice of sweet potato cake, and a cup of tea for ¥1600. I also got a free home baked cookie which was delicious. The place is more cafe than restaurant but they do serve evening meals. The atmosphere is very casual. When I was there some locals were practicing ukulele, which was fun. When I went to leave it was raining. The hostess gave me an umbrella for free and insisted I didn't need to bring it back. Top marks!
