- Good burgers that don't quite live up to the hype
Although seating was scarce, we didn't have trouble finding a seat when we arrived in the early evening. The staff spoke good English, and made an effort to explain the various choices to us. The ordering system is easily understandable and the burger arrived in a bit more than 10min (lots of guests, so that was to be expected). We opted for the Jagalax burger (made with various seeds) and the "burger of the day", which was Italian-inspired. The bread (white or whole-wheat) was very good, the darker version we chose tastes quite wholesome and home-made, not done in the kind of sweet and overly soft fast-food style. There was ample veggie garnish and generous amount of sauce (you get to choose two). We tried tomato, spicy tomato and dillisc, all flavourful. The portion size is just right, you don't miss any sides like chips but won't stuff youself silly, either. The burger patties were a bit mushy, though, I'd prefer a firmer texture, but that's just my personal preference. I guess the seitan patty would have been more suitable. All in all, a very laid-back and good burger place.
