I'm always complaining about of an Asian veg place in Scotland, if only I could transport Soy home. really cool restaurant with an extensive menu. we share three starters, spring rolls which were spicy, fried dumplings with a sweet chilli sauce and a deep fried tofu in a sweet Soy sauce. it was Ying and yang and the contrasts in food were fantastic. one huge hotpot, which was like the little porridge pot, just never ending. also had a seitan and tofu dish wrapped in noori. both dishes were so different, yet both so complex in flavours. lots of sweetness, spice and heat. magic.
