UPDATE: Soleil II is closed, place is for sale or rent now As from today Cafe Soleil II at 440 street is selling meat dishes (at least in the morning) specially for Khmer customers. Business was not running, so apart from selling second hand clothes, they now try meat as well. Updated from previous review on 2016-03-25
