  • Brilliant local veggie in north west London

Huge menu - creative fusion of Indian, Mexican, Portuguese and I don't know what else. Three of us shared two starters - Dahi Sev Puri - it looked and tasted beautiful; Pau Bhaji - they call it a mash - more like a thick soup - tasted delicious. Then we had a mixture of a Gujurati Thali - some very spicy and some very mild flavours, Protein Packed Salad - chickpeas, quinoa, boiled egg, tomato and green beans; and plain chips - they do various other kinds (cheesy, chilli, sweet potato). It was all delicious. They have a symbol to indicate chilli factor - but even some dishes without that symbol are a little spicy. All you need to do is talk to the owner who was extremely helpful with this and the nut allergy one of us had. Dessert we had a chilli n chocolate samosa & ice cream - really tasty. The menu is changing soon - they are focusing on a smaller range of dishes - we'll be back to review it again then. In the meantime if you are in the area just go - it's brilliant. £55 for three of us including service (and also a freshly made sweet lassi).
