I went there on my wedding anniversary for giving treat to my friends, there were some tables empty, we were denied saying it may take time, within 5 mins a table became vacant and then that was given to next customer without even asking us. We decided to take take away. We gave order and it took around 90 mins for order. We were happy saying that we atleast got something to eat at that night time. After we reached home, we saw that 3 items were missing and vadapav was like (vada and PAV without any chutney or any powder as prepared in India), we also got black Medu vada. I called them and informed them the same. I got the money back today, while taking money back, I was telling them that Road side food will be better than your food, an employee started yelling at me stating that you cannot threaten us like this, come out and he started saying come out then we will speak like an Indian Dada and he was saying me that its their standard of making vada pav. I informed the same to the Indian Franchisee manager of Dosa plaza (I Got his number from Dosa plaza Indian website). No reply from him. - DONOT ORDER NORTHINDIAN FOOD HERE (especially in this branch) - DONOT GO THERE DURING PEAK HOURS, especially for Parties - BEWARE OF GUNDAS Working there as employees (they can yell at customers) - PLEASE SPECIFY TO WAITER WHICH FOOD WHEN TO BRING (one customer was complaining in front of me that desert was served first and he had to literally drink ice cream) - PLEASE DO ORDER ONLY DOSA here and nothing else. - PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY WHILE taking takeaway.
