  • a lovely time

The description here says they serve "vegan pastries". I think it would be more accurate to say "vegan baked goods". They had three types of sliced vegan bread (like zucchini or something), three types of vegan cupcakes and two types of vegan cookies. I got the toasted pecan cupcake. Holy sugar, I could feel the cavities developing with each bite. It was good, though. The atmosphere is very friendly and you can sit for hours without being bothered or feeling like you're being a bother. I sat at a large table and others came and went, sharing the space and chatting here and there. It was a pleasant time and I can see why locals convene here.
