- Worst service ever
Although I enjoy the taste of the food, it lacks creativity. You won't find anything made with aquafaba, no tempeh nor grilled cheese for example. The only reason to go there is because it's the only vegan restaurant in town. The owner is incredibly rude; not just to me, but to every single person I've talked to about Trigais. It could be a nice, cozy place, but she makes the atmosphere heavy and unpleasant.
