So Cuisine is a wonderful juice bar and take out eatery offering a unique selection of all organic raw dishes, desserts and superfoods. The owners are a young couple, Sophie and Raph. They are extremely friendly, passionate about nutrition and knowledgeable. They speak good english. The spot is tiny but very pleasant with limited seating inside available. Their daily cold pressed juices, lunch boxes and salads to go change daily and are loaded with superfoods. Everything is absolutely delicious, super creative and very fresh. Raw desserts are awesome! Their chocolate raspberry raw cake is the best I have ever had (and I tried many before). They also have an impressive choice of superfoods to go, with the benefits clearly labeled on every package. The 'eatery is located close to St Jean's beach, after the airport. Parking is very easy. So Cuisine is a must try!
