- Fresh and tasty
I had three meals there. The noodle dishes I tried (Bun Cha Gio and Bun Rieu) were tasty and I was impressed with how fresh the ingredients were, especially the bits of mock meat, which tend to be old and chewy in most cheap vegetarian restaurants. I wasn't so impressed with the standard dish of rice with assorted mock meat and veggies. The portion wasn't very big, the food was bland, and they use low quality rice (broken rice). I think the noodle dishes are a much better option, as is often the case IMHO. Not much English spoken, if any. It's a clean and comfortable place. There are signs on the walls with names of dishes, but no printed menu (they told me they were working on it, though). Outside seating possible.
