- No place for vegans
We went there for luch quite often while we were working nearby. When you ask for vegans food, they would declare one or the other of their sandwiches vegan. Next time you ask, they will tell you that the very same sandwiches are not vegan because they contain non-vegan ingredients. But even so, there was never more than one vegan option, and sometimes none at all - possibly depending on the person at the buffet. Overall, the place is quite pricey, even for Berne, but there's not much to make up for this. Most of the time, the waitresses were of a kind which makes you feel guilty that you are bothering them. Not a place for vegans to go, and not a place for people who like a friendly atmosphere in a cafe,
