The restaurant had a casual, bus your own dishes, university student vibe. The portions were generous and prices very good. Everything is vegan. My husband had a Ruben of seitan and sauerkraut served with a small side salad. He said it was very good. My son was delighted that they served breakfast all day and loved his pancakes and his orange Julius milkshake. That was his first milkshake and he is now a true fan. My daughter and I couldn't decide what to order so we shared French toast and a TLT sandwich with pesto. Both were delicious. I am glad i shared the french toast because it would have been too much to have two sweet pieces. My daughter also loved her Bonnie Lee milkshake ($5). The meal cost under $40 for the four of us and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. Update July 2018 We have been to Strong Hearts dozens of times over the years and they are consistently good. My husband rates their Reuben as the best he’s ever had and he’s eaten a lot of Reubens. Their shakes are always amazing. My daughter loved her Rosa Parks shake and her PB&J french toast. My son loved his pancakes. I would rate my green tofu scramble as good. The quantities are always generous and the prices are less than $10 for almost everything
