On the vacation Santa Fe trying to find a great vegan restaurant for breakfast. This place had no ratings but we took a chance. One of a kind food experience in terms of variety of concoctions, coffee making methods, and wall of apothecary! associated with spa and therefore very health and wellness focused. We were greeted by a tiny jar of elixir...delicious and refreshing. Menu had ovo-lacto options but really good variety of vegan choices too. No vegan gluten free bread to go with our coco chia pudding though. They substituted a cashew annually for the cheese on the potato hash and it was perfect. Chemex pour over coffee removed all the bitterness. Service a little slow but very thoughtful. Funny location in a strip mall but great find for vegan and vegetarian diners. Not very crowded...hope ppl discover so we can come back next time we're in Santa Fe.
