A small, yet reasonably well stocked health food store at Calle de Fabbri, very close to the Rialto and St Mark's Square. No obvious signage bearing name, so look out for the number above the door and window frames. A variety of vegatarian and vegan products available, on shelves and in chiller, e.g mini tofu weiners, soya milk, yoghurts and pate, snacks and chocolate as well as organic fresh fruit and veg, juices, water, breads and crispbreads and toiletries. You can get most basics you might need and this place is particularly handy as it's hard to get these items in Venice. Not much English spoken when I visited but staff were pleasant.
