Squeaker's is a relatively inexpensive vegan cafe. I love the riblet sandwich, taco salad, the chicken parmesan, and the organic fruit smoothies. The soups are a little too "salt of the earth" for me--they often have the aftertaste of what can only be described as soil. Sometimes, but not usually, the food is undercooked, leaving it cold in the center and there is usually only one person working at a time, making service slightly slow for food and exceptionally slow for drinks (especially when they don't give you ice). However, when all goes well, a meal at Squeaker's is an amazing experience.
