• Organic Impressions

This is a very impressive health food shop. It's organic, very modern, bright, colourful and spacious. The staff appeared to be knowledgeable. It has a fantastic position visible from both sides of the river Onyar in gorgeous Girona. We stumbled upon it whilst looking for the vegan cafe Veganna on the same street. Couldn't resist a look inside and was extremely happy with what I saw (except for the small selection of organic meat and tinned fish). As soon as you walk in you are consumed by a fabulous array of fruit and vegetables. Further inside there are fridges and freezers full of vegan deli items, cheeses and faux meats. There are aisles dedicated to cereals and dairy free milks, ethical household cleaning products, toiletries and cruelty free cosmetics. Generally, health food stores don't make much of an impact on me but the vibrancy of this one certainly did. Ditch the meat and we'd all be much happier.
