On a recent trip to Montreal, my boyfriend and I stopped in Aux Vivres to try this 'veggie lox,' and we were not disappointed! Great service - the waitress suggested we split our meals, since they would be quite large, and it worked out perfectly. The rumors are true - the veggie lox is amazing! Also, we were both a bit stuffy with head colds, the waitress noticed, and suggested some teas for us to try. It was a wonderful, romantic, cozy way to end a cold and gloomy day. Great food, great service.
