We ate here twice on our 2 day visit to Niagara. The food is really tasty and the service is perfectly adeqaute. I'm not sure what the other reviewers were expecting in terms of service but the ladies working were friendly, checked in on us once during each of our meals and refilled water, asked us if we needed anything else before bringing the bill, and thanked us when we left. That's really all I need during my meal so I was totally happy with it. As others have mentioned, they do auto-grat 15% which they don't inform you of but it's not like it's a hidden charge. Your bill is itemized with prices beside each dish,sub totaled at the bottom and then there are 2 seperate additional charges - one tax and one auto grat - and then a final total. Anyone outraged at tipping 15% even if they consider the service mediocre is probably not someone I want to take advice from anyways so in glad we have this joint a shot.
